Every DTFOneStop printer includes a 1-year U.S.-based warranty on components (print heads are excluded, as is industry standard). Parts are stocked locally and RMAs are handled in the U.S.

Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Our technicians provide expert install guidance and remote training for every printer we sell. Technical support is available 18 hours a day via phone and chat.
