CCPA / CPRA (California)

If you are a resident of California, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you (also known as the 'Right to Know'), to port it to a new service, to correct it, and to ask that your Personal Information be deleted. Cookies make your browsing experience better by allowing the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login and region selection). This means you don't have to re-enter this information each time you return to the site or browse from one page to another. Cookies also provide information on how people use the website, for instance whether it's their first time visiting or if they are a frequent visitor.

We use the following cookies to optimize your experience on our Site and to provide our services. See Shopify's current list of cookies: https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies

The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a "persistent" or "session" cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.

You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible.

Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser's "Tools" or "Preferences" menu. For more information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies can be found in your browser's help file or through such sites as: https://www.allaboutcookies.org.

Additionally, please note that blocking cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners. To exercise your rights or opt-out of certain uses of your information by these parties, please follow the instructions in the "Behavioural Advertising" section above.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

Because there is no consistent industry standard for legacy "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals, we do not respond to DNT signals. However, we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals: where required by law, we treat a valid GPC signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Complaints

As noted above, if you would like to make a complaint, please contact us by e-mail or by mail using the details provided under "Contact" above.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you have the right to lodge your complaint with the relevant data protection authority. You can contact your local data protection authority, or our supervisory authority here: https://cppa.ca.gov/

Part B — DTF OneStop Gang Sheet Builder (Shopify App) Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

DTF OneStop Gang Sheet Builder ("the App", "we", "us") is a Shopify application operated by DTF Onestop (Vincent Chen). The App lets a merchant's customers lay out direct-to-film (DTF) transfer artwork on a gang sheet, order it, and lets the merchant download the print-ready files. This policy explains what data the App processes and how. (This is separate from, and in addition to, the DTFonestop.com store policy in Part A above.)

1. Who this policy is for

  • Merchants who install the App on their Shopify store.
  • Shoppers (the merchant's customers) who use the gang sheet builder on the merchant's storefront.

Our role. For order data we access from a merchant's store, the merchant is the data controller and we act as a data processor on the merchant's behalf, processing that data only to provide the App's functionality. For our own operational data (for example, billing records), we act as a controller. The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

2. What we collect and why

From the merchant's store (via the Shopify API, with the merchant's authorization):

  • Order data — order number, financial/fulfillment status, line items, and the design-file references attached to gang sheet line items. We use this to (a) calculate our usage fee (1% of gang sheet items per paid order) and (b) show the merchant their gang sheet orders so they can download files and fulfill. We do not read, store, or display customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or shipping addresses.
  • Shop session credentials — standard Shopify offline access tokens needed for the App to function.

From shoppers using the builder:

  • Design files — the artwork/print files a shopper uploads or generates. Stored so the merchant can download them to fulfill the order, and (if the shopper chooses "save to cloud") so the shopper can reopen the design on another device.
  • Saved-design metadata — when a shopper saves a design, we store a design name, a share code, a reference to the stored file, and (if the shopper is logged into the storefront) the shopper's opaque Shopify customer identifier. We do not store the shopper's name, email, phone, or address.
  • Local browser storage — the builder uses your browser's local storage to keep an in-progress draft on your device. This stays on your device unless you choose "save to cloud."

We do not process payment/card information (handled entirely by Shopify), and within the App we do not sell or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

3. How we store and protect data

  • Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Application data, the database, and design-file object storage (S3-compatible) are hosted on Railway, which provides encryption at rest.
  • Access is controlled by Shopify session authentication; direct file uploads and design-file access use short-lived signed tokens and unguessable file identifiers.
  • We follow data minimization — we only access the order fields the App needs and we do not store customer contact or address information.

4. Third parties / sub-processors

  • Shopify — the platform the App runs on (order, product, and session data).
  • Railway — application hosting, database, and S3-compatible object storage for design files.

We share data with these providers only to operate the App.

5. Data retention and deletion

  • Design files and saved-design metadata are retained to support cross-device reopening and reordering. A shopper can delete an individual saved design in the builder.
  • Shopper data deletion (GDPR customers/redact): when Shopify notifies us that a customer requests redaction, we delete that customer's saved designs and the associated files.
  • Shop data deletion (GDPR shop/redact, ~48 hours after a merchant uninstalls): we delete all data we hold for that shop — saved designs, stored files, billing state, fee logs, and sessions.
  • Data access requests (customers/data_request): we hold no customer name/email/address, so there is no personal contact data to return; saved designs are keyed only by an opaque id.

6. Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR/EEA, UK, CCPA/California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Shoppers should direct requests to the merchant they ordered from; merchants and shoppers can also contact us at the address below.

7. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other regions where our providers operate.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
