Adhesive powder loads automatically and spreads in an even curtain across the film, while the electric-field purification stage pulls static out of the sheet so powder bonds only where the ink is — and everything left over is recycled straight back into circulation.
The film protection design keeps drying heat away from the PET sheet itself, and the width monitor stops the machine the moment media drifts past its limit. Clean transfers, less waste, no babysitting.
