Warranty

Warranty Coverage & Period
Supplier provides a one (1) year limited warranty for all products it manufactures. The warranty period shall be twelve (12) months from the date the equipment is activated. If installation is delayed due to Buyer, the warranty period will begin seven (7) days after shipment, regardless of installation date.
Warranty Exclusions
The following components are excluded from warranty coverage: printhead, nozzles, ink bottles, secondary ink tanks/cartridges, ink sacs, dampers, ink tubes, capping station (suction cap), ink suction nozzles, printhead cables, white ink mixer/splitter, and the complete ink system.
Additional exclusions apply to:
Damage due to improper operation, unstable voltage, or natural disasters.
Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or replacement of parts.
Use of non-Supplier-approved consumables (including inks) that cause or contribute to equipment failure.
Equipment relocation without Supplier’s prior written permission.
