At the end of the day, saturate the printhead resting cap on the capping station with the solution, then park the head. The wet cap keeps nozzles moist overnight and between shifts.
No on both. For cleaning or unclogging, use our DTF Printhead Cleaning Solution. For long-term storage, use a dedicated maintenance solution — this product is for short-term wet capping only.
Work in a well-ventilated area with protective equipment (mask, gloves); a fume extractor is recommended. Maintain 50–70% humidity and 75–80°F for best results.
