⚙️ Usage Instructions

For new machines:

For machines previously using standard white ink:
You must fully clean the ink system before switching to this no-sediment formula.

Method 1 – Deep Cleaning Method

  1. Pour out the old white ink into its original bottle

  2. Thoroughly flush ink cartridges, tubes, filters, dampers, and printhead with purified water

  3. Drain all remaining water

  4. Shake the new ink well and fill the cartridges

  5. Use a syringe to draw ink through the dampers and fill the system

  6. Run a cleaning cycle and nozzle test until results are normal

Method 2 – Quick Flush Method

  1. Turn off the white ink circulation pump

  2. Pour out the old ink and rinse cartridges with purified water

  3. Drain the water and add the shaken new white ink

  4. Print a nozzle check page, then run a continuous print of 20–30 meters to flush the old ink from the system

  5. Resume normal use and turn the pump back on
