⚙️ Usage Instructions
For new machines:
You can fill and use the ink directly — no flushing required.
For machines previously using standard white ink:
You must fully clean the ink system before switching to this no-sediment formula.
Method 1 – Deep Cleaning Method

Pour out the old white ink into its original bottle

Thoroughly flush ink cartridges, tubes, filters, dampers, and printhead with purified water

Drain all remaining water
-
Shake the new ink well and fill the cartridges
-
Use a syringe to draw ink through the dampers and fill the system
-
Run a cleaning cycle and nozzle test until results are normal
Method 2 – Quick Flush Method

Turn off the white ink circulation pump
-
Pour out the old ink and rinse cartridges with purified water
-
Drain the water and add the shaken new white ink
-
Print a nozzle check page, then run a continuous print of 20–30 meters to flush the old ink from the system

Resume normal use and turn the pump back on
