For a one-time fee of $500, our On-Site Installation, Training & Repair Service provides everything you need to keep your DTF printer performing at its best. A skilled technician will travel to your location, manage the full setup, deliver tailored training for your team, and complete any necessary repairs to get your printer fully operational. This service equips your team with the confidence to operate the printer and troubleshoot common issues on the spot.
Important Notice: Travel and lodging expenses are not included in the service fee and are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, to keep your warranty intact, only DTF OneStop-approved supplies should be used, as third-party supplies will void the warranty.
Warranty Coverage Details
- Comprehensive Coverage (excluding printhead): Our warranty includes all machine components, excluding the printhead. All other parts are fully covered to ensure optimal reliability.
- One Complimentary On-Site Repair: During the warranty period, a single on-site repair is included to reduce downtime and provide added convenience. Travel and lodging expenses are customer-paid, with additional on-site repairs available for an extra fee.
- Warranty-Approved Supplies: Only DTFOneStop-approved supplies (inks, powders) are covered by the warranty. Non-approved supplies will void coverage, as we stand by our products to ensure the highest machine performance.
Warranty Duration
- 12-Month Warranty: Coverage is valid for 12 months from the printer delivery date, providing year-long support.

- Flexi Software Included ($499 Value): Each machine comes with Flexi software, enabling professional-grade color management and seamless DTF integration for vibrant print production.
- 18-Hour U.S.-Based Online Support: Our skilled support team is available almost around the clock, covering both day and night hours to keep your operations running smoothly. This extensive support helps you troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues, minimizing downtime.
